The Messaging Manager will plan and execute social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and beyond. With direction from the Owner/Creative Director, the Messaging Manager will be responsible for driving engagement and increasing followers across these platforms. Additionally this position will be responsible for marketing emails and copy on our website. This position is based in Richmond, VA as on-site asset creation will be a vital component of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Recommend strategies for optimal social media engagement follower growth with the goal of building brand awareness and driving site traffic.
- Planning and execution of social media posts and ads including creative and copy. Request asset support as needed.
- Create content through on-site photography
- Engage with relevant brands, businesses, influencers
- Report on results measured through KPIs including followers,engagement, and site traffic volume.
- Create, write, and design marketing emails.
Skills required:
- Thorough understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Discerning eye and voice aligned with Brand and confidence to use them
- Creative thinking and ability to find solutions to challenges
- familiar with the fine jewelry industry
- interested in and enthusiastic about marketing and branding
- self motivated individual and able to manage their workflow without much oversight
- keen eye for detail and beauty and offer ideas that are on brand
Nine Roses will provide:
- Marketing Calendar mapping out key initiatives for the brands
- Support from Creative team
- Fast-paced environment with willingness to test and learn new things
Time Commitment:
- 15-20 hours a week, compensation hourly.
