In-Store Purchases

We offer store credit or exchange on out-of-case items if returned within 30 days. Because we carry jewelry from independent artisans, we are unable to offer refunds.

All custom sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable. If you have questions or concerns, please ask before you purchase!

Online Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt. Please note items must be in original condition. Any modifications (such as sizings) render the item nonreturnable.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date. Please note that any orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Saturday will begin processing the following Tuesday. No shipments are made on Sunday, Monday or on public/bank holidays.

Orders will be shipped from our studio in Richmond VA, USA. Calculated shipping rates are automatically displayed and detailed at the time of checkout prior to payment confirmation and order completion. 

For our international customers, please note that orders are subject to duties and taxes as defined by the Customs regulations for each country, and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the product price or the final order total during checkout. Should the package be refused at the point of delivery, the customer will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment. The total amount will be deducted from the refund.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure. Nine Roses is not responsible for any shipping issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Nine Roses is not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. In order to request a signature upon delivery, please add this request in the "Order Notes" section during checkout.
